It was the last day for admission-migration of 3 universities under engineering cluster

Chattogram University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) and Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) under the engineering cluster, the admission and auto migration fee submission period for the academic year 2022-23 ended today Sunday (September 17) at 4 pm. If the fee was not deposited within the stipulated time, the admission was considered cancelled, the university authorities said.

Orientation classes in these three universities will be held on September 27.  Students are advised to visit this website to get any information regarding admission and orientation classes in the three universities under the engineering cluster.

According to the notice published on the admission website of Engineering Group, the waiting list of engineering departments and urban and regional planning departments after the third round of admissions for admission to undergraduate first year or level-1 (academic year 2022-23) in different departments of CUET, KUET and RUET is 5773-5786. Department and university list of students up to merit list and 354 merit list of architecture department has been published. Students up to 5773-5786 Merit List of Engineering Departments and Town and Regional Planning Department have to deposit the admission fee in the concerned bank by 4 pm on Sunday (September 17). Failure to deposit the fee within this period will result in cancellation of admission.

Meanwhile, the auto migration process will be initiated after receiving the notice. Candidates who wish to study in their allotted university and department should stop auto migration by 5 pm on Sunday. Otherwise the university and department will be changed through auto migration process as per their merit and preference.

Candidates will be notified on the website by 10 am on Monday (September 18) as per merit rank and preference order of university and department. Students up to 5787-5896 Merit List of Engineering Departments and Town and Regional Planning Department and 356-380 Merit List of Architecture Department will not submit the admission fee as they do not get the University and Department. Later they will be called for admission in a phased manner subject to the availability of seats.
